Questions

Will this put me first on Google?

No, and nobody honest can promise that. We make your details correct and complete, which removes the reasons customers and search engines drop you. Then we count what happens.

Do you need my Google password?

Never. You add Dikho as a manager on your profile from your own phone. You keep ownership, and you can remove us anytime.

Can you get me more reviews?

We give you one plain message to send to every recent customer. Google’s April 2026 rules ban gating, incentives, quotas and telling people what to write, so we do none of that.

What if my profile is owned by an old employee or agency?

We guide you through Google’s ownership request. No edits happen until it is resolved, because editing a profile you do not control is how they get suspended.

How do you know a customer came from AI?

Sometimes we know, and sometimes we do not. A tagged link with an AI referrer is strong proof. Your evening answer is medium proof. Anything else stays “unknown” instead of being guessed.

Will you message my customers?

No. The enquiry reaches your WhatsApp and you reply. Dikho never contacts your customers, and their details are never used for anyone else.

Another salon nearby also uses Dikho. Is that a problem?

What happens if I cancel?
